In electric power distribution, a bus bar is a metallic strip or bar, typically housed inside switchgear, panel boards, and busway enclosures for local high current power distribution. They are also used to connect high voltage equipment at electrical switchyards, and low voltage equipment in battery banks


Fully insulated busbars are used to ensure connections between medium and high voltage equipment. 

RMC provides Fully Insulated Bus Bars covered with SMC/ DMC/ Polycarbonate / Nylon as required by the customers are provided with Aluminum Bus Bars conductor. The Pitches and hole dimensions may vary and screwing options are single or double. If opted for Allen Screw Option, a separate Allen key with Insulated Handle is also provided with each box.
